Not available for Art major credit. Introduction to the subject matter and aesthetics of photography. Review of influential artists' works that reflect broader issues in visual culture. Assignments include learning basic camera anatomy and functions, elements and principles of design, and digital applications. Students must provide their own digital camera (Digital Point and Shoot, Compact Digital Camera, Digital Single Lens Reflex Camera, Mirrorless camera, or Phone camera).
