ART 345: ENTERTAIN AD DES

Prerequisite: ART 344. Preparatory: ART 343. This course concentrates on the theory and practice of advertising design for the entertainment industry. Students are expected to develop a combination of skills in communication design, concept development, and branding for the purposes of promoting various entertainment media through a wide variety of audience touch points. Utilizing industry-standard software, the course also includes historical and contemporary references, as well as theoretical and conceptual approaches. Non-majors may take this course for Credit/No Credit. 6 hours lab.
