FCS 211: INT DSGN STUDIO I

Prerequisite: FCS 113. Foundation studio course, explores the fundamentals of interior design including the design process, principles and elements. Investigates problem-solving techniques through a variety of small-scale two and three-dimensional projects. Introduces critical thinking, analysis and communicating volumetrically. Includes creative problem-solving, process drawing, quick sketching and rendering, and model-making. Provides exposure to green design and team design. 6 hours of studio per week.
