MATH 444: STAT MODELING

Prerequisite: Math 340. This course will cover the fundamental concepts of statistical model building, including inference, applied linear regression, multiple regression, prediction and variable selection, non-linear and non-parametric regression, principal component analysis and factor analysis. Software and coding will be used to apply the theory to examples and real data sets, but no previous coding experience is required.
