POLS 427AL: MODEL UN LAB

Prerequisite: Instructor Consent. Corequisite: POLS 427A. Begins with a general analysis of the role of the U.N. in world politics and comparative foreign policy. Particular emphasis is then placed on the foreign policy of the country to be represented and the internal and external factors on which that policy is based. Seminar format with group presentations and simulations. Course may be repeated for up to 12 units but only 6 units may count in the major.
