AVIATN 5400: Access and Retention in Aviation and STEM Workforces

This course is an analysis of what it takes to build and retain the workforce in STEM based industries. Students will engage with guest speakers and readings to understand the challenges that are faced by STEM workforces to recruit and retain the next generation of professionals. The context of the conversation will be in the aviation industry but may include other fields in conversation. Prereq: Jr, Sr or Grad standing.
