DENT 6643: Introduction to Clinical Orofacial Pain

This course will discuss major sources and types of orofacial pain. Students will build knowledge and skills to recognize temporomandibular disorders and other common orofacial pain conditions, differentiate odontogenic from non-odontogenic orofacial pain, and apply interdisciplinary pain management concepts in developing appropriate patient management plans.
