KNHES 5590: Comprehensive Laboratory in Exercise Science

This course provides practical experiences in comprehensive fitness testing, fitness evaluation and the development of training programming for the healthy adult and older adult populations. This course will focus on measuring and evaluating components of health related fitness, which include: cardiorespiratory system, body composition, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. Prereq: CPR certification. Prereq or concur: 5685, and Jr, Sr, or Grad standing. Repeatable to a maximum of 6 cr hrs.
