Investigation of ceramic form and surface design with emphasis on the vessel. Development of skills on the potter's wheel and in glazing, kiln loading and firing. Included are raku, salt, earthenware, stoneware and porcelain. Repeatable for up to 9 units of credit when course topic changes. Prerequisite: ART 46 or instructor consent Misc/Activity: 6 hours activity
