Deep-dive into various aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in organizations, helping to understand, value, and respect individual differences. Examines opportunities and challenges of DEI. Students become more conscious about DEI and self-aware, examine the value of DEI to the bottom-line of organizations, and identify inclusive leadership behaviors to support a workplace where people can thrive. Prerequisite(s): BUS3 150 or instructor consent. Upper division standing.
