Change issues of managing growth, resistance, intervention phases, crisis management, intergroup conflict/power are combined with design issues of balancing innovation and predictability, decentralization and centralization. Prerequisite: BUS3 160, COMM 100W or ENGL 100WB or LLD 100WB. Upper division standing.
