ENVS 124: Introduction to Environmental Law

Development, interpretation, application and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations and legal policies by legislatures, courts, administrative agencies and citizens. Examination of air and water quality, hazardous materials, workplace, land use and wetlands regulation, international, ethical and efficacy issues. Prerequisite: ENVS 1 or Instructor Consent.
