Structure and functions of the court system. Emphasizes attorneys' and judges' roles and the court process. Examination of federal and state legislative, executive and judicial branch actions, including Supreme Court decisions in civil and criminal cases. Prerequisite: Upper division standing. Note: A grade of "C" or better is required for graduation.
