In-depth study and analysis of the principles and techniques used in the assessment of physical fitness and health as well as the design of conditioning programs and physical activities. Prerequisite: KIN 070 (or equivalent) for majors/minors only and KIN 155, or instructor consent. Grade of 'C-' or better in KIN 070 and KIN 155. Misc/Lab: Lecture 2 hours/Activity 2 hours.
