MAN 4753: Applied Management Consulting

Students are introduced to the consulting industry & will learn tools to diagnose complex business problems & develop innovative solutions within the principles, processes, and frameworks of consulting. Prepares students for a hands-on application of learned concepts in a real-world consulting engagement with a client during the last 8 weeks of the course. Students will explore the role of consultants in various tailored industries and learn about the skills and competencies required to excel in this field. The consulting process will be covered from start to finish, including client engagement, problem diagnosis, & solution development.
