Focuses on various advanced methods for computational studies of biomolecules and simulations. Includes Brownian dynamics simulations; Monte Carlo methods; normal mode analysis; electrostatic calculations; and free energy calculations. Students who submit a term paper receive a letter grade; other students receive a Satisfactory (S) or No Credit (NC) grade. Course is repeatable.
