CS 120B: INTRODUCTION TO EMBEDDED SYSTEMS

Introduction to hardware and software design of digital computing systems embedded in electronic devices (e.g., digital cameras or portable video games). Includes embedded processor programming, standard peripherals, interfacing, and hardware/software tradeoffs. Involves use of microcontrollers and developing working embedded systems.
