MGT 219: SPREADSHEET MODELING FOR DECISION-MAKING

Introduces tools for using data to make informed managerial decisions. Addresses modeling, optimization on a spreadsheet, and analysis of the software outputs. Topics include basic Excel tools, decision analysis via decision trees, and linear and nonlinear optimization using the Excel Solver. Draws applications from operations, finance, marketing, and management fields.
