This course offers an exploration of foundational and contemporary topics i n Political Communication theory and research. We consider questions about the nature of politics and communication as well as diving into key theoret ical debates in the subfield. The course aims to provide a broad overview o f this area of research, while at the same time foregrounding how politics emerges in interpersonal, intergroup, and organizational settings.
