A dedicated study and practice or pilates-based body conditioning and injur y prevention. Offered early in the day, this course serves as a warm-up, tu ne-up and injury prevention for a dance student's overall practice. Skills and conditioning sequences learned will be helpful beyond the course, and o verall a greater awareness and maintenance of the body as the instrument of dance is a central objective.
