This course stee rs through the thickets of neuroscience and maps areas where the general pr inciples of neurobiology directly inform core issues in literary studies. T he aim is to introduce students to the dynamic relations between brain, bod y, and culture while providing a grounding in Neurohumanism through world l iterary classics.
