GEOG 274: CONSERVATION GIS

Application of GIS theory and methods to conservation issues related to the ecology, biology, geography, and socio-economic influences of regional pre serves and protected areas. Participants will assist with designing solutio ns for real-world projects and should have demonstrated competency in basic GIS skills for acquiring, organizing, and managing real world data and abi lity to orchestrate complex analyses and communicate spatial information.
