This course presents global, comparative, and interdisciplinary perspective s on studies of race and justice. Topics include global construction and di ssemination of racialized inequality; comparative history of political, soc ial, and economic inequalities linked to race and ethnicity; intersectional critiques of global inequality; global racialization of poverty and racial ization of other global socioeconomic processes such as labor, migration, a nd environmental injustice.
