This course focuses on theories and practices associated with successful po stsecondary mentoring. This includes an overview of theories associated wit h student learning, of effective mentoring and pedagogy, and of student dev elopment. Each week of the course, we'll focus on one of these areas. We'll discuss key ideas from some of the foundational literature, discuss its us e in practice, and reflect on experiences of that use.
