This course produces a quarterly magazine committed to exploring and improving cultural life in Isla Vista. Working under professional deadlines, students complete writing, design, or layout assignments in their areas of expertise. Active participation in distribution, ad sales, event planning, and editing allows for a well-rounded experience in print magazine production. Attendance at all scheduled classes is mandatory.
