INT 34LE: LIT AND EXPERIENCE

This Humanities Lab course funded by the Arnhold Arts and Humanities Common s offers immersive and experiential opportunities to explore world literatu re and culture. Students participate in interdisciplinary, innovative and h ands-on learning experiences designed to open pathways into the humanities. Scheduled experiential events may include exploring cultures through writi ng in different scripts, learning about the nervous system through somatic experiencing, and attuning with our companion animals, as well as active le arning experiences in the classroom through different media, with peers, an d outside the classroom on field trips, including a day trip to the Channel Islands, if conditions permit.
