INT 86CD: LATAM MUSIC CULTURE

This seminar explores how music from Latin America travels, transforms, and shapes cultural experiences across the globe. Rather than focusing on spec ific styles, students will explore how music is created, shared, and enjoye d in different cultural contexts. Through listening exercises, discussion, and multimedia materials, the course introduces how sounds change as they m ove between places and audiences. No prior musical background is required.
