This course aims to equip students with a fundamental understanding of the relationship between AI technology and business strategy. Students will fir st be exposed to the basic mathematical foundations of AI. The course then introduces the technical foundations of AI, highlighting the roles played b y the hardware, infrastructure, and application layers. Building on these d ual foundations, students will learn to analyze these different AI segments . Various business models will be introduced to help assess the competitive advantages across the AI segments. Finally, the course explores how AI can be strategically applied across different industries and sectors to drive innovation and business development.
