BIOE 137L: Molecular Eco Lab

This combination lecture/laboratory course explores the use of molecular (DNA and/or protein) data in ecological and conservation research. Topics covered include data collection; marker choice; estimating genetic diversity and population structure; the inference of mating systems; and environmental genomics. Students are billed a materials fee of $110.
