BIOL 102J: CUREs: Toxic RNA I

Introduction to hypothesis-driven laboratory research. Students will create models of a unique uncharacterized disease causing mutation using site directed mutagenesis. An understanding of introductory molecular biology and genetics required. Students are billed a materials fee. Interested students should add to the waitlist. Application is required.
