Through scholarly and popular readings, podcasts, video/film, guest speakers, and primary materials, course explores how secrecy—as the intentional and unintentional concealment of information and knowledge—permeates the social fabric, impacting social relationships as well as hampering public knowledge of historical and contemporary government policies and actions.
