Examination of specialized topics in anthropology. Examples: Anthropology and Globalism; Race, Culture, and Society. Section information text: This seminar will introduce and guide students through appropriate data collection, analysis, and representation of anthropological information using geographic information systems. From voice mapping to remote sensing, the breadth of anthropological applications will be introduced. Students will complete an individual research project.
