BINF 8112: Bioinformatics Programming II

Programming II�is a continuation of Programming I�(BINF 6111/BINF 8111). In Programming II, students shall practice, refine, and gain advanced skills on basic concepts learned in Programming I. New topics include: writing maintainable and reusable code; advanced Python concepts and tools, Python modules for data analysis in the context of bioinformatics, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
