ITIS 4246: Competitive Cyber Defense

Hands-on experience with designing, deploying, securing, and defending enterprise network services.� Topics include: securing network communication, single sign-on services, firewall and IDS deployment, security policy design and development, log analysis, securing critical network infrastructure, and network access control policies.� Students are expected to demonstrate their ability to defend these services against adversary attacks. Section information text: This course is in the hybrid format, following a course schedule of two weeks of meeting face-to-face followed by one meeting online synchronously, repeated throughout the semester.
