Military Fitness provides a program focused on muscular strength, muscular endurance, and aerobic endurance.� The weekly classes provide students with opportunities for strenuous physical activity and also serve as examples of exercise routines that students can adopt as personal workout plans. �The course provides a basic understanding of Army Physical Training and improves upon the leadership dynamic of participants.� Progress is graded using the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT) and leadership traits.�
