Specific topics in�Knowledge/Language. Section information text: This course will serve as an introduction to the main themes in Western analytic metaphysics. Metaphysics is the branch of philosophy that focuses on the nature of reality, how the world really is on a fundamental level. In this class, we will discuss such topics as ontology, causation, time, object and personal identity, and free will.
