SEGR 4170: Total Quality Systems

Applicable principles and practice in continuous quality improvement (CQI) and Total Quality Management (TQM). Statistical process control, root cause analysis, management and planning tools as well as how Generative AI can be used to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of statistical quality control processes. All of the above are discussed through assignments and team projects. Leadership and communication skills are also a part of the class.
