THEA 1300: Play Analysis

An introduction to the various methodologies of analyzing play scripts as preparation for performance. �Students articulate their critical positions both orally and in writing while comparing and contrasting diverse dramatic texts, as well as recognizing distinctive theatrical genres. �There is also a focus on developing writing skills appropriate to the art form.
