KIN 417L: RESIST TRAIN LAB

Prerequisites: KIN 345/L, KIN 346/L. Corequisite: KIN 417. Preparatory: KIN 329/L. A hands-on laboratory in which students will perform various resistance training techniques which will pertain to muscular strength and endurance conditioning, physiology of strength conditioning, muscular strength testing and evalutaion, and organization/administration of strength training programs. Students who complete this course are prepared to challenge the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist examination. Available for graduate credit.
