PSY 301: PSY PREPROFESSION

Prerequisite: Completion of the lower division writing requirement. Recommended Preparation: PSY 150. Pre-Professional Development is a required course for psychology majors. It should be taken as early as possible after declaring psychology as your major. Students will learn about career options for psychology majors, preparation for various post-BA career options and preparation techniques for graduate-level (masters and higher) education. While the course is designed for psychology majors, students contemplating psychology as a major are encouraged to enroll. This 1-unit course is offered on a Credit/No Credit basis only.
