PSY 515: COLLAB ASSESS INTERV

Prerequisites: Graduate standing in Psychology, Special Education, or Communicative Disorders, SPED 615, and department consent. This course provides specialized content and training for transdisciplinary teams to deliver highly effective services to young children with disabilities and their families. Based on a theory-to-practice approach, this course will be co-taught by one faculty member from each discipline (i.e., Early Childhood Special Education teacher, Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Speech-Language Pathologist) with a focus on applying the transdisciplinary teaming approach to collaboratively design and implement assessment and intervention in practice.
