ANTHROP 3604: Intro to the Methods of Archaeological Science

Introduces students to interdisciplinary techniques used in archaeology to include forensic archaeology. This course will discuss a range of analytical techniques with a heavy emphasis on taphonomy, or the postmortem processes that affect remains after deposition. This course is taught at an introductory level for non-science majors. Anthrop 2201 and/or 3305 is suggested.
