Quantitative study of chemical engineering processes, with emphasis on fluid flow and heat transfer operations. Written and oral reports required. Prerequisite(s): Complete the ChE Sophomore and Junior Core courses (CHE 115, CHE 151, CHE 160A, CHE 162, CHE 190) with a grade of C- or better in each and a minimum GPA of 2.0 in these courses. ENGR 100W with a grade of C or better. Corequisite(s): CHE 158 and CHE 160B. Misc/Lab: Lecture 1 hour/Lab 3 hours.
