This course is an introduction to the American Deaf Culture and provides a comprehensive analysis of how Deaf people are understood from a cultural perspective. The identities, contributions and experiences of Deaf people are explored in educational and linguistic context. Prerequisite: EDSE 014A or EDSE 102
