FS 100W: Forensic Science Writing Workshop

Development of advanced communication skills, both written and oral, with emphasis on forensic laboratory and crime scene report writing and court testimony. A scholarly paper, written in APA format and informed by research, is also required. Writing in the Disciplines: Satisfies the CSU Graduation Writing Assessment Requirement (GWAR) if passed with C or better. Prerequisite(s): FS 11 or JS 10; 1B or equivalent second semester composition course (with a grade of C- or better); completion of core GE; and upper division standing. Or Graduate or Postbaccalaureate level.
