Examines the interactions between organisms and their environments emphasizing coadaptation of physiological, morphological, and behavioral phenotypes. Includes allometry and scaling, metabolism and locomotion, heat and water exchange, evolution of endothermy, artificial selection experiments, and phylogenetically based statistical methods.
