EDS 213: DATA MANAGEMENT

Teaches students how to store and manage environmental information. The cou rse focuses on relational database structure, schemas and data relationship s, and introduces SQL as a means to create and query databases. Also covers the concept of metadata as well as archiving data products on data reposit ories to make them available to the broader community.
