An examination of the theory and operation of public school finance systems and school business administration with special attention to local, state, and federal sources of revenue and such business functions as budgeting and financing capital outlay projects. The face-to-face meeting times will be held Tuesday evenings, 5:30pm-8:15pm at: Mallard Creek High School, 3825 Johnston-Oehler Road, Charlotte, NC 28269. This course meets on the same night as ADMN 8110 Org Theory & Behavior. Dates and times of these off-campus meetings will be indicated in the course syllabus.
