ELDT 8155: Personalized Learning with Innovative Technologies

Introduces LDT students in any concentration area to the pedagogy and process of personalized learning. Students will learn to effectively apply the processes and pedagogies using innovative and adaptive technologies. Students will explore various innovative technologies tailored to meet diverse learning needs. From adaptive learning systems and artificial intelligence to immersive virtual environments and data-driven analytics, learners will discover how these tools can be effectively leveraged to create personalized learning experiences that optimize engagement, motivation, and achievement. LDT courses are restricted to students in the Learning Design and Technology program or concentration students in the Ed.D. in Education Leadership, Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and the Post-Master's Certificate in University and College Teaching.
