This course provides an overview of gender, work, and organizational theories and empirical patterns and trends, with a focus on sociological analyses. In this course, we will explore several key themes and topics related to gender and work, including how gender intersects with other socio-demographic characteristics to affect workplace and labor market outcomes and processes.
